Since our products are living plants, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
In case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures of the damaged item.

Refunds:

If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Products:

Perishable items such as plants that have been improperly cared for or altered by the customer, cannot be returned.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Currently, we only offer local pickup for all orders. Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification with details for your pickup location and time.

Pickup Times:

Our pickup hours vary; please contact us to schedule your order pickup.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

You can cancel your order before it has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Once your order has been processed, cancellations are no longer accepted, as we begin preparing the plants for delivery.
